2. What this site is
This is an information site. It describes our recruitment services, publishes market insight and salary information, and provides forms for enquiries and for candidates to send us a CV. You do not need an account to use it, and we do not offer one.
3. Recruitment services
Recruitment services for employers are provided under a separate written agreement between Evantis and the client. Nothing on this site forms part of that agreement, and nothing here is an offer of services on particular terms.
4. Job vacancies
Our vacancies are published at jobs.evantis.co.th, which runs on a third party recruitment platform. Your use of that site is also governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy notice. Vacancies change frequently, and a role shown there may already be filled or withdrawn.
5. Sending us a CV or an enquiry
When you send us a CV or complete a form on this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Sending us a CV does not oblige us to consider you for any particular role, or to respond.
6. Using the site
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means without our written permission.
7. Our content
The content of this site, including text, images, layout, and the Evantis name and logo, belongs to Evantis or is used under licence. You are welcome to read and share it. You may not republish or reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
8. Salary and market information
Our salary guides, Insights articles and market commentary are published for general information. They are based on our own experience of the Thai market and on the sources cited, and they are not advice. Pay levels and hiring conditions change, and you should not rely on them alone when making a decision.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Evantis is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on information published on it.
