Our Origin Story
The idea for Evantis Talent Solutions was born from a shared vision between seasoned recruitment professionals in Bangkok who wanted to redefine how recruitment is done in Thailand. After decades of working within traditional recruitment agencies, the founders recognised a gap, most firms focused only on filling vacancies rather than building long-term success for both clients and candidates.
Inspired to change this, they created Evantis Talent Solutions Bangkok, a specialist IT and technical recruitment agency in Thailand. The name Evantis, derived from the concept of an “event” or “occurrence,” reflects those pivotal career and business moments that transform futures.
With deep expertise in IT recruitment, executive search, and strategic talent acquisition, Evantis was founded to be more than just another agency. Before Evantis, John led international technology hiring for a Fortune 10 energy major across Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore: more than 300 placements, including over 100 foreign professionals relocated into Thailand with the visa, work permit and mobilisation handled end to end.
